  I have used city credit union for years, my whole family has and they do offer great interest rates. I have always enjoyed working with the loan officers....UNTILL this month. Thank god i have credit report notificiation because if i didn't I probably would have had my card taken. I set up my car with them, and set up auto pay.....well apperantly they didnt do the paper work and now i have marks on my credit, i have spent several hours on hold, they were calling a number i had when i was 18 years old, its disconnected, they never sent me a letter, they never tried to call my cell or my husbands cell phone. AND WITH ALLLLLL THIS THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED!!!!!!!!! It makes very very sad, and I will be working towards leaving them.
